Our machining equipment including: CNC Sawing Machine, Lathe, CNC Lathe, Precision CNC Lathe, Various sizes & types Drilling & Milling Machine, 850 & 855 CNC Milling & Drilling Center, Cylindrical Grinding Machine, Centerless Grinding Machine, Punching Machine, Laser Marking Machine and other Special-Purpose Machining Machines.
 
The equipment of our clamp tooling & moulding produce division including: Sodick Wire-cut EDM, Mirror Electric Spark Machine, CNC Machining Center, HyFair Precision Surface Grinding Machine, TESA Altimeter, Coordinate Measuring Machine, Roundness Measuring Instrument, Profile Projector, and so on.
 
We use special-purpose clamp tooling and quality inspection tooling in currently production which designed & made by ourselves, it ensured the production efficiency and batch stability, avoid the measuring error. These inspection tools were checked by the third-party inspection company regularly.
 
All machining process were finished in our own plant except the heat treatment. Our heat treatment supplier also certificated by TS16949. Each specification of our production in every batch will be tested by Laboratory Inspections, all testing results and samples are available to recheck within 10years.
